I have 4.7 environment and there are multiple workflows are available and more than 300 form. We do not have documentation for workflows and forms.
How I will get details like on which form,on what event workflow trigger or on smart object event workflow trigger?
I don't want to go by individual form to check it.

Use a Folio to track the form that trigged a WorkFlow, On each on every form, have a textBox that contain a Unique static value e.g


 


Form1: AAAX1


Form2: AAAX2


Form3: AAAX3


Everytime when one of this form triggered a WorkFlow, The name will appear under Folio for the form that triggered the WorKFlow. e.g
