I have a very lengthy expression which I need to duplicate and then make subtle changes to its copy.  Is there a way to duplicate expressions?

Hi Hgibralter.

You can achieve the same by Editing the Expression you have created previously and link it directedly to any area of your choice where you want it to work from. For example, if you want to use the same created expression to a different controller, Data Label etc. or any place where you want it to operate from but with some slight difference from the original one, here is what to do, here I will explain it as if I have created if from an Item View on one of the Data Label;

1.       From your Item View point on one of your data Label and click.

2.       To your bottom right there are Properties and Rules options.

3.       Choose Properties and then scroll down to see the Expression Label

4.       Click on that option to Add or Edit your Expression.

5.       You should see previously configured Expression(s) and from there you can choose either to Edit the previously Added Expression or create new Expression, this way you can be able to reuse your previously Added Expression.
