Solved
Designer fails to load, errors with file not found Errors also with Workspace.

The K2Field.K2Forms.Controls.Literal assembely mentioned is part of the HTML Literal Custom Control
The K2Field.K2Forms.Controls.Literal.dll file is probably missing from your [K2 Installation Folder]K2 smartforms Designerin and [K2 Installation Folder]K2 smartforms Runtimein folders.
You can copy it over from a different environment that also has it installed, or you can request the files from a community administrator.
