i am edit and deploy flow with Visual Studio appear error “domain\user does not have right to export processes”, but i set my account in Package and Deployment Role and set permission in Server Right Export,still Error

You are looking for a different permission if you are using Legacy Studio.
As per the above navigate, Workflow Server > Workflows > Server Rights
Click Add, Search for your user, remember to set the label to your security provider first.
Double Click or Select and Click you user.
Click Next.
Tick Export, Click Finish
