Hello,

 I have seen several questions on how to add multiple attachments to a form. I have also see several different answers. I decided to make a post to show a clean way to add multiple attachments to a form. My environment is not integrated with SharePoint so I will include the script I use to create a table in the database.

 

 

I TRIED TO ADD THE TEXT AND SCREENSHOTS HERE BUT IT SAID I HAD REACHED MAXIMUM CHARACTERS.

 

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED FOR INSTRUCTIONS.

Awesome Byran, this is a very nice and elegant way to have validations to make sure the view have some data... and make really straigh forward and easy to use.

 

I would said this should become one of the best practices of adding things to a list.
