Change control type option not working in K2 View

Hello Everyone ,

 

We are  facing issue while changing text box to text area control 

"OK" button is not working 

we are not able to change Text box to text area 

no error in developer tool bar as well  and not validate msg

    Hello,


     


    Just to check, does the issue occur for all text boxes on the View? If only one textbox is affected, have you perhaps tried removing and re-adding the text box control and see if that helps?
