Hi,

I would start by checking if the K2 Mobilie App can connect to K2's Autodiscover service.

http(s)://[yourk2serverinstance.com]/autodiscover/autodiscover

Perhaps, you can take a look at the K2 Mobile Troubleshooting documenation.

Hi,

Regarding your error, "Could not find the server name". This can be because of Windows STS issuer URL is using HTTPS instead of HTTP.

To resolve this I suggest doing the following :

  1. I changed your Windows STS issuer URL to use HTTP instead of HTTPS. This can be done by going to your K2 Management Page > Authentication > Claims > Issuer.

  1. After that, I go to your Realm page in K2 Management, and add the HTTP realms to your environment, and map it to Windows STS.

For other related information, take a look at the documentation below:

https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2mobile/userguide/current/default.htm#K2Mobile/Overview/K2MobileAppSecFAQ.htm?Highlight=%20self%20signed%20certificate

Note, this can also occur when using self-issued ssl cert

You could try using a single URL for both internal and external access, and configure K2 to use the FQDN instead of IP. (if this however applies to your existing situation)

Kind Regards
