Hi

I have a problem , I can't access K2 Designer 

show error that below picture  How to fix? please advice me

You could apply some fix packs and cumulative updates and test to see if the error still exist, please see link for

  • If the fix packs and updates don’t resolve the issue please do the following, see below:
    Re-run the configuration analysis to see what the issue could be, it could be some dependencies missing that needs to be installed.

  • You could uninstall the K2 Blackpearl and re-install, possibly some files and folders could be missing from the C:Program Files K2 Blackpearl K2 Designer site Directory (Do NOT do this for the production environment but test environment as we avoiding to mess up the live/production environment.)

Check to see if there are any duplicate entries in K2 Claim tables.

If you find duplicates in your Identity claims table as Nik mentioned, the best place to remove them would be:


K2 Management > Authentication > Claims > Realms
