On Client Smart Form activity,   What are the pros/ cons of setting this tickbox  unticked?

Best answer by Albarghouthy

Hi Capz,

I believe if this option is ticked, the task will be allocated to the first user opens it and other destination users will not have access to it but this also depends on the number of slots configured in your destination rule.

Assuming you have 3 destination users and 2 slots with this option ticked, the task will be allocated to the first 2 users accessed the task and the third user won't be able to see the task, the status of the task will be Open.

If the option is unticked then any of the 3 users will be able to access the task and the status will be available.

Hope that helps

If this option is unticked.   Will users be able to action the item when opening the form?

Hi Capz,

Yes, destination users will be able to action the task even if this option is unticked.
