Hi,

 

We have an authentication issue with our K2 Mobile app (from iOS app store) and our Windows domain Active directory.

 

When we sign in to the environment with user credentials if the password is incorrectly entered their active directory account is immediately locked.

 

Our domain is setup to lock accounts after 3 attempts but it appears that K2 Mobile is somehow triggering the lock out after just one.

 

We are using an mobile device management system (mobile Iron), LDAP to connect to Active Directory, K2 Mobile (from app store), an VPN tunnel to connect managed devices to our internal K2 Black Pearl instance (V4.7)

This is the first time I heard about this. You may want to log a support ticket with K2. They may be able to help you further on this, or forward your question to the developer
