404 Error while Apply Changes on Smartobject OData page on the management site

Hi,

we recently migrate our 4.7 environment to 5.2

On K2 management site I get an 404 error when I try to apply changes on the Smartobject OData page (have a look to the attached hardcopies)

It is also not possible to call the OData URL (<Server>/api/odata/v3/..) - it results also in an error 404 ...

Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi,

we were able to solve the problem with K2 support.
We changed the .NET-Globalization setting from de-DE to en-US (IIS settings for the API site).
Now it works.

Im getting the exact same error as you did.

 

Seeing that it's been a couple of months since you had this error, were you able to find a solution to the challenge?

Hi,
