[4.7] SharePoint Content Service broker Impersonation on SharePoint 2013

Dear K2,

Does SharePoint Content service broker Impersonation work on SharePoint 2013 sites?

FYI, SharePoint Service V2 service broker impersonation works on SharePoint 2010 sites in our environment.

Thanks.

Hi Abdulla,

No this will not be possible.

Hi Abdulla,

Please have a look at this documentation

For SharePoint Online/SharePoint 2013 and later, use the K2 for SharePoint App, which automatically registers a service instance using the appropriate SharePoint 2013 Service Types.

As far as I know OAuth is the only supported authentication mode for the SharePoint 2013

Hi Mustafa,

Thanks. What is the best practice for migrating our existing SharePoint 2010 SmartObjects (SharePoint V1 / V2 / SharePoint Content) and connect them to the SharePoint 2013 Service Broker?

Thanks in advance.

Dears,

Thanks for responding. It's much appreciated.

Now I have more questions regarding migration of SmartObjects. To keep the topic clean I will discuss this in my other discussion (Link) or maybe a new discussion that is more focused.

Thanks again.
