I need a copy of your SOC II report, how do I get one?
Resolution
You will need to follow the directions as found on the Nintex Security Site. As of this writing:
SOC 2 and SOC 3 reports
Nintex is committed to maintaining the security of our cloud-based capabilities. Our System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 report provides assurances that there are controls in place that protect your data. Nintex has SOC 2 Type 2 and SOC 3 reports that support Nintex Workflow Cloud, Nintex Promapp®, Nintex Drawloop DocGen®, and Nintex K2 Cloud services. To request a confidential copy of the Nintex SOC 2 Type 2 report, please email security@nintex.com.
Nintex doesn’t provide SOC2 reports for subservice organizations such as Microsoft Azure, auth0, etc. You must reach out to these organizations directly to retrieve their available SOC2 reports.
