AssureSign: Static Link Redirect URL doesn't suppress headers

Issue

When setting up a Static Link in a template, selecting suppress headers doesn't work.

Error Code

The website redirect will include the doucmentID, envelopeID, and other information in the URL, resulting in a 404 on the remote server AssureSign redirects to.

 

Resolution

Setting the account level parameter "Suppress URL Parameters When Redirecting?" to Yes will allow the redirect to go just to the link provided in the template.
