Customer Scenario
When logging into the portal, the customer is prompted to answer a security question that has never been submitted.

Workaround
A password reset is currently the workaround for this. This can be administered by any account administrator.

Instructions 
Password Reset Instructions

  1. Search username.
  2. Select edit (pencil)

      3.  Select Reset Password

 

Additional Information
Note: This error is common when new users are added to accounts.
