Issue
Issue with CRM instances using Assursign in order to sign Documents. 
The statuts of the document stays in Step 1, and does not show the document has been completed.

Customer is forced to Refresh manually in order to for the status to change to completed. 


Instructions 

This issue appears to be related to the Dynamics instance.

What type of Dynamics instance is the customer running, for example, is it a cloud-based Dynamics instance or something else.

Dev recommends the customer contact Microsoft support regarding this issue or check their license to verify if they have reached API limitations.

To test the webhook, you can set up a trial Dynamics instance and install the AssureSign solution, then test the webhook to verify it is working outside.
