AssureSign: How do I get a new Salesforce Token?

Issue

My webhooks have stopped updating Salesforce and I need to update the token.  How do I get one and where do I go to update the webhook with the new information?

 

Error Code

No error code.  Documents no longer update with status of the document in Salesforce.

 

Resolution

To generate a new token, follow Salesforce's help article here:
https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.user_security_token.htm&type=5

 

To update with the new Token, from the main AssureSign Portal window, click the Configure Settings button.  Then click Document TRAK and then Notification Administration.

 

Locate the webhook that needs to be updated and click on it to open the settings.  Then scroll down until you see:

And enter the new security token.

Finally, click save and you're all set!
