AssureSign API User setup in Configurations section of Salesforce not working

Issue

When setting up a new configuration in Salesforce, I get an error that "The API Username and key combination were not correct":

It appears that everything is set correctly, and I've ensured that the API Username and API Key are correct with no white space before nor after the data.

 

Error Code

"The API Username and key combination were not correct"

 

Resolution

Where it does appear that all the data is in place, that first field is actually greyed out and the system is looking for you to enter the URL of the account server.  If you enter https://account.assuresign.net in that top field, the authentication should go through without another hitch.
