Issue
I have requested some help with an envelope and Tech Support is requesting the underlying document that I used to create the envelope. I gave them the envelopeID along with written permission to pull the underlying document from the envelope on the AssureSign servers, but they say it's not there.
Resolution
You can find the original document in the document details, only if the document was NOT using Dynamic Jotblocks. If it was using Dynamic Jotblocks, the underlying document isn’t displayed in the document details and you will need to send (via email) that document to the team for investigations.
Additional Information
All requests for viewing anything on an envelopeID or documentID will require your explicit written permission before our team can pull an underlying document. All such access will be logged into the Document and/or Envelope History!
