Workaround / Resolution
Reprocess the PDF using a browser print function:
Steps
- Open the original PDF in a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge)
- Click Print
- Select “Save as PDF” as the destination
- Save the newly generated PDF file
- Upload the new PDF into AssureSign
