User encountered an error while uploading a PDF document in the AssureSign Portal.
           Error: “File Could Not Be Processed”


Instructions 

Workaround / Resolution

Reprocess the PDF using a browser print function:

Steps

  1. Open the original PDF in a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge)
  2. Click Print
  3. Select “Save as PDF” as the destination
  4. Save the newly generated PDF file
  5. Upload the new PDF into AssureSign
