Customer Issue:

We are struggling to get a bulk send out. The templates we are building continue to flip into a partial status and we do not know why. Can you please let me know what makes templates partial? We have fields that are mapped to a .csv and we just want them to be populated with dynamic data per each customer and then have the customer sign and date the file.

Solution:

A Template is marked as Partial when it cannot be guaranteed that all the required parameters will have a value after filling in the Sender Input. This could happen if a Sender Input is optional but the Template relies on it having a value present.

In this case, because "Contract/Plan", "Employer" and "Plan Name" are all used in a fixed value jotblocks, these Sender Inputs need to be marked as required. Doing so will removal the Partial designation.
