When trying to send a document with a Fixed Signature JotBlock or a Dynamic JotBlock with the Input Type of “Fixed”, the workflow encounters an error.
Instructions
The ‘Get a Signature’ action currently does not support Fixed Signature JotBlocks; however, it does support Fixed Text JotBlocks.
