What can be done if an envelope is expired?
Instructions
When an envelope expires, and is not completed by all signers, the envelope is canceled.
When an envelope is canceled, it is removed from the database so a new envelope will need to be sent, and all signers will need to sign again.
Additional Information
Expiration dates can be adjusted on the envelope up to the actual expiration.
If signers are separated into multiple steps, an interim document can be accessed prior to expiration.
