How are the input fields in the ‘Get a Signature’ action controlled/defined?

The input fields in the ‘Get a Signature’ action are defined by the Sender Inputs that are associated with the selected template that was defined in the AssureSign application. Modification of Sender Input fields can be managed from within Nintex AssureSign.
