The redirect URI is not registered properly with DocuSign error occurs when attempting to Authenticate the OAuth - Admin Consent Integration for DocuSign.

Please reach out to Support@nintex.com and provide the Salesforce Org Id along with the Error. 
Nintex Support will Update a Nintex Setting to allow the configuration without error.
