DocuSign invalid grant / User not found

A user sending to DocuSign gets the following error:

An error has occurred. Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code with response Body: {"error":"invalid_grant","error_description":"user_not_found"} (ExternalError)
 


Instructions 

The user sending the request does not have a valid DocuSign Username on their Salesforce User Detail page for the DocuSign Username Field ( dfsle__username__c, dsfs__DSProSFUsernae__c)

  1. Update this field with the desired DocuSign Username 
  2. Send the request again
