Issue Description
The Exchange Online Email SmartObject List method only shows the Form user Display Name and not the email address.
Resolution
The fix is available in:
- K2 Five (5.5) March 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 27.
- K2 Five (5.6) Fix Pack 19.
- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
Considerations
A new field is now available in the Exchange Online Email SmartObject List method that will display the email address.
- For existing Exchange Online Service Instances, you need to refresh the Service Instance to display the new "From Address" field.
- New Exchange Online Service Instances will display the new "From Address" field.
