Restart Nintex Kryon RPA Services on application server

Problem

Doing changes to the RPA server requires the services to be restarted in order for the changes to take effect. This article describes the method used commonly to restart all Nintex Kryon RPA services on the application server.

Solution

1. Go to the Nintex Kryon installation folder

For v21.10 and earlier, look for the Kryon folder (e.g. C:\Kryon)For v22.3 and later, look for the Nintex folder (e.g. C:\Nintex)

2. Find StopAll.bat, right click and select Run as Administrator

3. From Windows Start Menu, search for Services.msc and verify that all Nintex/Kryon services have stopped

4. After all services have stopped running, go back to the Nintex/Kryon folder, find StartAll.bat, right click and select Run as Administrator

5. After 5 minutes, check that all Nintex/Kryon services are up and running.
