#RPA #DigitalTransformation #Robotics #Telecom #RPASolutions #Automation From supply chain and operations to enterprise management and everything in between, RPA is here to help take telecom services to the next level. Here are just a few ways RPA can help benefit a telecom organization: 1) Tightening Margins: With fierce competition from OTTs, many telcos are facing a steep drop in basic communications service revenues, forcing them to reduce OPEX and CAPEX. 2) High Customer Service Expectations Telcos who struggle to meet the demand for high network availability and superior service across all channels face high rates of customer churn and risk losing credibility 3) Transformation Into Digital Service Providers Operators must evolve into digital service providers, reimagining their business models, upgrading network infrastructure and creating next-gen offerings for their customers - fast and at scale. 4) Disparate Applications at the Core Telcos must manage several platform

#RPASolution #RPA #HybridAutomation #Automated #DigitalTransformation Traditional RPA enables repetitive, rules-based tasks to be offloaded to a robotic (digital) workforce for execution on virtual machines, where they will be processed more efficiently and with greater accuracy than if done manually. However, such tasks generally represent only a small portion of the end-to-end business process. Here's how an RPA platform with hybrid capabilities, like Kryon's unique Hybrid RPA solution, can help: 1) Virtual Human Collaboration With Hybrid Automation, process automation doesn't stop where human interaction is needed. When you have the right hybrid solution in place, like Kryon's, you're able to facilitate true collaboration between humans and robots, enabling them to cooperate to complete processes in the most efficient way possible. 2) Full Visibility When you have the right hybrid RPA solution, you can give your employees full transparency over the tasks they delegate to your R

#RPA #RPASolution #Automation #ProcessAutomation #DigitalTransformation Did you know that financial institutions waste at least 5.7 billion Euros each year due to poor customer onboarding experiences? Furthermore, recent surveys have shown that when it comes to customer satisfaction: 1) 67% of today's consumers admit to having higher standards for customer service than ever before. 2) A whopping 72% expect customer success managers - or in the case of call centers, their anonymous customer service reps - to know who they are, what they want, and what service they are using. 3) 80% of consumers care equally about the customer experience provided by a company as they do about its services. 4) 96% say that customer service - especially onboarding - affects their brand loyalty So what's a financial institution to do when they want to save but can't afford to lose their customers' loyalty? Using RPA to automate the process of account opening can lead to savings of 10-20 million Eur

This is just a quick reminder/PSA (public service announcement😞 Whenever you are working with arrays or tables in Kryon RPA be very mindful of the separators (delimiters) you are using. With that, I mean: Know the type of data/content you are expecting your arrays/tables to contain vs the separators/delimiters you will be using when accessing this data! If you don't, things can go awry, and it will take time to figure out/debug. An example to illustrate this point: Let's say you are developing a wizard in Kryon RPA (Studio) and need to access table (formatted) data using advanced commands. You may opt to use a "," to delimit columns and ";" to delimit rows. You test with a limited sample set (of data), and things look good. However, during production runs, all of a sudden, some data elements actually contain a "," or ";". This of course messes up your table data access and results in incorrect data/processing! As such, I always suggest using special characters or multiple characters a
#RPA #RPAUseCases #RPASolution #DigitalTransformation #AccountsPayable These processes are often far from simple and involve a variety of computer applications that must be compliant, reliable, and deliver accurate results - on time. How can RPA help? Here are just a few use cases: 1) Accounts Payable: How can RPA help you streamline your invoice processing and boost your accuracy? With the right platform in place, you can scan, digitize, and validate key data from invoices - and then automatically upload it to any invoicing platform. This way, finance and accounting departments can offload this repetitive task from full-time employees to software robots while expediting the handling of this paperwork. This enables them to pay their suppliers sooner and decreases the risk of fines or late payment. 2) Monthly Payroll Want to ensure a 100% accurate payroll submission - on time and fully compliant? There's an RPA solution for that. With an RPA platform like the Kryon Automation Suite,
#RPADeveloper #RPA #ProcessDiscovery #ProcessAutomation #Robotics #Automated Are you thinking of joining the exciting world of RPA as a developer? If you’re not a fresh university graduate, don’t worry! Having the right experience and skills in your toolkit is all you need to succeed. Check out the best advice given on starting your RPA developer career from a few pros on Quora, Reddit, and Facebook: 1) “The first step to becoming an RPA developer is to know what exactly RPA is and how it works. The second step is to gain technical knowledge on the leading tools. All of these tutorials are available online. Technically, they are simple and the more you learn. the more you can explore. Finally, the important thing is to get some practical experience. Check with your manager or HR for some hands-on experience or some RPA projects to start with. Trust me, no prior experience is required to work in RPA, as the majority of the people working in RPA are new and they have learned it on the
The below "decision helper" can come in handy when you are evaluating which automation method to employ for your workflows/wizards, during development. Note: The below places an emphasis on keeping wizards understandable and maintainable for RPA developers with perhaps limited to no coding/programming experience. Ask yourself:Can the action/step be automated using dedicated Advanced Commands in Kryon Studio? If yes (e.g. Excel, SQL, HTML, UI, and so on) → Go for that option! If not → ... Can the action/step be automated using keyboard actions, such as shortcuts, arrow/tab keys, etc.? If yes → Go for that option! If not → ... Opt for the "visual approach" (object detection). Fine tune detection for expected location, screen layout and element type. Does this work reliably and offer sufficient speed/performance? If yes → Go for that option (easiest to maintain, esp. for "non-coders")! If not → ... Use a script (Python, JS, VB, etc.) to achieve the desired automation. Tip: This is also wo
Challenge: There are times/scenarios where you will have an attended wizard perform some background tasks/processing. At some point in the intended workflow, you may then want to display some information to the user - perhaps for confirmation or acceptance. E.g., some extracted/processed OCR values - such as invoice details - need to be confirmed and submitted by a user before the workflow can continue. However, the problem is that you will not necessarily know which applications will be open or in focus on the users desktop at actual run time. And you definitely do not want to interfere and just bring an application to the front and focus without warning. That's intrusive and a big "no-no" in the context of attended automation! So what to do? Solution: You can record the (Windows) "taskbar" instead! That's always on screen and as such serves as the perfect foundation for displaying your bubble(s)! To do this, follow these simple steps (and see the screenshots):Add "explorer" (the expl

The following list represents my current "top 5" tips for getting the most out of Kryon RPA (when developing wizards). "The most" in this case pertains to wizard reliability and performance. This list is by no means exhaustive, but considering the points listed below will be very beneficial to your workflows/wizards! Please note (intended audience): My assumption is you are proficient using Kryon Studio and have (been) trained, accordingly: Whenever possible, make use of keyboard commands and shortcuts to achieve your automation goals (using the corresponding Advanced Commands in Kryon Studio). In general, doing so is just quicker, more reliable and more comfortable than using visual elements/objects on the screen. Tip: Some applications support keyboard commands/shortcuts, even if they do not openly document them to the user. Just try it out and opt for this approach, whenever possible. Make sure the application in question has focus/is in the foreground! Some examples/ideas: Tabbing
