Issue
Process Owner or Expert may not be able to see all the Processes they are the Owner or Expert of.
Resolution
Publish the Process for the Owner or Expert to change.
Additional Information
Process Owner or Expert changes will not show in the "Processes I Own" list and the new Owner or Expert will not have rights to edit the Process until the Process has been published.
