Exporting a .csv file and the file has no data (blank spreadsheet)
Resolution
Please ensure the default browser for accessing Promapp is either Firefox or Chrome. If so, please clear the browser cache and you should be able to successfully export the file again.
If you are not using Firefox or Chrome, please set one of these browsers as your default for accessing Promapp.
