How does Nintex Promapp's publish Only mode work?
Instructions
- Enable the Setting Publish Only Mode in Admin > Configure > Process Editing
- Publish Only mode is a light version of the Process Approval Workflow. It allows users to view the latest Published version, while changes are being made to 'behind the scenes' and then published when ready.
Additional Information
Version numbers will change when implementing Publish Only mode as the Process are migrated to the new workflow.
