Contact your Promaster error when trying to delete a Nintex Promapp Process Group

Issue

The following error may be received when attempting to delete a Process Group:

Your request could not be completed at this time please try again later or contact your Promaster

Resolution

1. Turn Process Specific Variations to ON in Admin > Configure > Variations
2. Restore the Process that previously had a variation associated to it
3. Archive the variations
4. Archive the Process
5. Turn Process Specific Variations back to OFF
