How to Archive a Nintex Promapp Document
Instructions
- Check the document is not linked to any Processes
- Edit the Document in the Document Library by selecting the edit pencil
- Expand the Processes section by selecting the + icon
- If it is linked to Processes:
- Edit the Process
- Remove the document/s
- Publish the Process/es
- Edit the document in the Document library by selecting the edit pencil
- Select the rubbish bin icon to archive the document
- Select the Documents Menu
- Select the Archived option
- Search for the document you wish to delete
- Select the rubbish bin icon to delete the document
