Issue
Workflow gets stuck when trying to create documents using custom templates with Create List Item Or Document Set Action.
Resolution
Save and close the template document if it has been opened from the SharePoint library. Otherwise this will cause the workflow to become stuck and not progress as the template file is still open by a user.
