ISSUE
Workflows are failing when attempting to run Office 365 Upload File Action. The workflow history shows the error: "An exception occurred while processing parameter [InputFileToUpload]."
ERROR CODE
An exception occurred while processing parameter [InputFileToUpload]
RESOLUTION
Add one minute Pause action prior to the Office 365 Upload Document action.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The pause action ensures that the workflow will not encounter a conflict when trying to interact with the document file within SharePoint Online.
