Responsive form does not appear in Nintex Mobile

RESOLUTION

Open Nintex Forms for Office 365 app from the list ribbon and click on the Nintex Forms settings. Under the Nintex Mobile Settings and enable "Publish to Nintex Mobile (iOS and Android)" checkbox.
