Office 365 Workflow Does Not Start On Item Created By Workflow

Issue

When using the Create List Item action, workflows that are set to start on Item Creation are not started on these items.

Resolution

This is expected behavior with SharePoint 2013 (Workflow Manager) workflows. As a workaround, use the Office 365 Create List Item or Document Set action.
