How does Nintex count actions in a workflow to determine if its billable?

Nintex allows users to use any arrangement of actions necessary to automate a process. However the following actions DO NOT count against the Action Count: 

• Log to History/Instance Details

• Set Workflow Status 
• Pause for Duration 
• Beginning Beacon (for use with Hawkeye) 
• Beacon (for use with Hawkeye) 
• Ending Beacon (for use with Hawkeye)
