In Nintex forms when using a label and populating that label with an Item property changed ToUpper and it has the ”&” character it will crash the form and error with "Reference-to-undeclared-entity-AMP" on form load.


 

A fix for this defect was released in April. Update to the latest version of Nintex Forms for Office 365 app.
