ISSUE

When adding the Nintex Workflow for Office 365 app, the following error occurs:

Sorry, this app is not supported on your server

ERROR CODE

"Sorry, this app is not supported on your server"

RESOLUTION

Navigate to: https://<YourTenantName>-admin.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/online/TenantSettings.aspx
Scroll down to "Connected Services"
Uncheck the "Block SharePoint 2013 workflows" box.
Click OK to save changes.
