Issue
Error "Something went wrong. We're sorry. There is a problem loading the license" when try to open a New Responsive Form runtime using IE 11 and Windows 7.
Resolution
Use Chrome or Firefox to open the New Responsive Form in Windows 7 or Windows 8.
Additional Information
The New Responsive Form does not support IE 11 for an Operating System older than Windows 10.
