ISSUE
When opening Nintex Forms, the following error occurs:

Index was outside the bounds of the array
ERROR CODE
RESOLUTION
Review all site column names and remove any special characters, for example: / : * ? " # % < > |, two consecutive periods (..), or special characters such as a tab.
