Cannot delete Nintex workflows/app in O365 due to preservation policy

Unable to delete a workflow or uninstalling Nintex apps from Sharepoint Online site
 

Check if 'Preservation Policy' is enabled on the site. If it is enabled, disable it and then delete the workflow / app.

The policy can be enabled back after deleting the app or workflow.
