Can automatic updates be turned on for Nintex Office 365 apps?

There is no setting in Office 365 to turn ON/OFF for the Apps update.
Manual updates are only required when the app requires new permissions due to adding new functionality. This is a requirement of the SharePoint Online store.
Most updates are automatically applied, however, some updates require the end-user to manually update the app.
