Why does the action “Azure AD get user details” and “Azure AD get manager details” support only some fields and not all of the default fields from Active Directory?

Azure AD integration in Nintex For Office 365 uses the concept of ‘Connector introspection’. This feature integrates the Azure Active Directory connector via Microsoft's Graph API to retrieve specific sets of data.
In the Azure AD actions, the list of fields displayed in the ‘Add fields’ area is dynamically populated based on the connected Active Directory (AD) account. If Microsoft adds a new field to this list, it will automatically be visible the next time a user configures the action.
