Issue
A '404' page error occurs when closing, submitting, or saving a Nintex Form.
Resolution
1. Open the form in the Nintex Form designer
2. Open the settings for the button control.
3. Navigate to Advanced > Redirect URL
4. Ensure that the 'Redirect URL' is a valid address.
Note: This field is blank by default.
