Issue
When using a workflow that inserts data into a SharePoint List, the resulting data might contain an unexpected numeric value of 403.
Resolution
Use {Current Item:Encoded Absolute URL} and update the user name and password with a Global account that has the correct permissions.
Additional Information
Within the Web request the fir field URL {Current Item: URL} was being used. This was receiving a 403 forbidden error.
