Hi,

I tried the following but can't get it to work. Help, please!!!!

I have a column name called: CostCentre. This column is a drop down menu

I want to achieve in my workflow that if from the drop down "4030 Band 3" is chosen than email to a particular person.

See screen shots.

You should use equals instead of contains, also the entry doesn't match the dropdown. You have "4030 Band3" in the dropdown but in the run if you have "4030 Band 3" with a space

Hi Chad,

I will try later with "equals" and let you know.

The space was a type mistake

Adam

Hi Chadd,

It worked, it was as simple as that.

Just by choosing "Equals".

Thanks,

Adam
