Published Nintex Form is appearing as pages of code and letters

Hi

New to Nintex and have created sample forms.  Clicked on publish and don't get pop with URL.  When I got back into Nintex forms and click on created URL the document opens with pages and pages of code which doesn't make sense.  Cannot see form unless i go back to designer screens

    Once you publish your form in the designer and then go back to the list and click "new item" do you see your form?

    No only see it in Designer mode not as published from
